![]() No complaints yet, I will try to update if there are. The update downloaded and installed fine and I was able to play a Blu-ray that was released last month. It took me to a page advertising for PowerDVD 15 prominently, but I noticed you can get the actual update by selecting a less prominent link above the advertisement. I was prompted to update on the first run of the application. After the install I went through and configured and explored all the other settings and changed things like directories and cleaned up the interface. (I also recommending just copying and running the main setup file from the install disc and ignoring all the other stuff on there). As long as you carefully go through the installation process, exploring all options, you should be fine. Easy to go through and configure all the settings that I want. PowerDVD fits in well for playing BluRays. I'm currently use VLC, KMPlayer, and Windows Media Center depending on content. Don't let older reviews mislead you and take them with a grain of salt.
